Acceptance

By accessing jsdigitaliq.co.uk or engaging consultancy services, you accept these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or services.

Services Provided

JS Digital IQ provides digital analytics, marketing, and business consultancy services to small and medium-sized businesses. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual engagement letters / proposals.

Engagement Terms

• Project scope, timeline, and fees are agreed in writing before work begins
• Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed
• Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice (or as agreed in the engagement letter)
• Late payments may incur a 5% per-month interest charge under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act

Intellectual Property

Deliverables produced for paying clients (reports, dashboards, recommendations) become the client's property upon full payment. Underlying methodology, templates, and frameworks remain the property of JS Digital IQ and may be reused with other clients.

Confidentiality

I treat all client information as confidential. NDAs can be signed on request. Anonymised case study references only appear with prior written client approval or where data is sufficiently abstracted.

Liability

Consultancy advice is provided in good faith based on professional experience and available data. JS Digital IQ's liability is capped at the fees paid for the specific engagement. No liability is accepted for indirect, consequential, or business loss claims.

Website Use

• The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• You may not scrape, automate access to, or republish content without permission
• External links are provided for convenience but JS Digital IQ does not endorse third-party sites

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
